The Managing Director Role
- Will lead by example and motivate the teams to optimise their performance.
- Will own the delivery of ModuleCo’s business plan and financial performance.
- Will provide drive and leadership to an established and experienced team of Directors and Senior Managers across all aspects of the business.
- Will be ‘hands on’ in ensuring projects are delivered om time, quality and budget.
- Will provide constant challenge to innovate, develop new products/capabilities and improve overall performance.
- Will build on and develop strong relationships with customers and supply chain partners.
The Person
- Experience in leading and motivating teams across multiple disciplines, ideally within a manufacturing and/or product-development environment.
- Ideally technically qualified with a degree in an engineering discipline.
- Possess experience in an entrepreneurial and project-focused business.
- Possess a track record of leading profitable growth in a business.
- Possess essential qualities of energy, drive, ambition and resilience.
